At Spooniky, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers all over the world and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE? ( 1 + 2 )
The time period for deliveries is composed of two time periods
composed of:
1) Processing time (1-2 business days):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing.
Within 12-24 hours after the order is placed, it will be checked and released. As soon as the order is approved in our system, the production is started. For products with personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure the quality and pack it.
2) Delivery time (about 7-10 working days depending on the country):
The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery point. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it will take to:
- Austria 7-10 business days*
- Germany 7-10 business days*
- Switzerland 7-10 business days*
to be delivered to the destination.
*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.
1.) Free standard shipping (with tracking).
2nd) Insured Premium Shipping - Insured in case of theft / loss or damage of the package for X.XX€.
3.) Priority Processing + Insured Shipping, all the benefits of additional insurance and faster order processing for X.XX€.
Please note, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as the packing & processing process of your order starts immediately after the order arrives.
